History

In 1964, Art Grover and his son-in-law Terry MacSweeney started Gro-Mac Associates,
Inc. to supply their customers products for the Tool & Die, Machining, and Chip-Making Industry.  Art got his start in industrial hardware from his 30 year career at Grand Rapids Supply (1934-1964).  The current owner, John Ervine, joined the team in 1974 and has been at the helm as Owner/President since 1988.  Gro-Mac has had a long-standing presence in the tool and die industry that has continued to this day.  We still put our customers’ needs first all while keeping honesty and integrity at the forefront of our business.
